We built this sangha through the pandemic when we desperately needed the support, accountability and compassion from one another. Now we are ready to rise and continue to elevate our life and increase our capacity for adventure, wellness and radical self-love!

Each month a new yoga practice and meditation will be added to the on demand library that will be in alignment with the season of life that we are in.
